Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information GLOBAL SERVICES 360 CORP. collects through this website, how it is used and how it is protected.
1. Who we are
GLOBAL SERVICES 360 CORP. is a consulting company incorporated in the United States, with offices at 5950 Teakwood Inn N, Unit 5950-C, Plymouth, MN 55442, United States. For any question about this policy you can write to the email address published on our Contact page or call (717) 979-7635.
This policy applies exclusively to this website. It does not cover third-party sites that may be linked from here.
2. Information we collect
We only collect the information you voluntarily submit through the contact form: full name, company name, email address, telephone number, service of interest and the content of your message.
We do not ask for — and you should not send through this form — payment data, identification numbers, health information or any other sensitive category of personal data.
Our hosting provider records standard technical data for every request (IP address, date and time, browser type and requested page) for security and availability purposes. This site does not set advertising cookies and does not use tracking pixels. If analytics are enabled in the future, this policy will be updated and a cookie notice will be displayed beforehand.
3. How we use the information
Data from the contact form is used exclusively to answer your enquiry, to prepare a proposal if you request one and to keep a record of the commercial relationship.
We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
4. Service providers
Contact form submissions are delivered to our corporate mailbox through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service that processes the message on our behalf. Website hosting and delivery are provided by Vercel Inc. The map on the Contact page is embedded from Google Maps, which may receive your IP address when the map loads. These providers process data only to render their service and under their own security commitments.
Data may be processed on servers located in the United States.
5. Retention
Enquiries received through the form are retained for up to twenty-four (24) months from the last contact, unless a commercial relationship is established, in which case the applicable accounting and contractual retention periods apply. Technical server logs are retained for a maximum of ninety (90) days.
6. Security
The site is served exclusively over HTTPS with a valid TLS certificate and HSTS enabled. Access to the mailbox that receives form submissions is restricted to authorized personnel. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your rights
You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, its correction or deletion, or the withdrawal of a consent previously given, and you may object to its processing. To exercise any of these rights, write to the email address published on our Contact page, indicating your request and an email address we can reply to. We will respond within thirty (30) days.
Depending on where you live, additional rights may apply, including those recognized by U.S. state privacy laws and by the European General Data Protection Regulation.
8. Minors
This website is aimed at businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from persons under 16 years of age. If you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the site or in applicable law. The date of the current version is shown at the top of this page. Substantial changes will be announced on this same page.
